V-ZUG’s PowerSteam Oven Combines Steam, Microwave And Convection Cooking

V-ZUG has introduced a new multi-function oven designed to combine several cooking methods into a single compact appliance, as demand grows for space-saving and time-efficient kitchen technology.

The CombiSteamer V6000 45M PowerSteam integrates steam, conventional oven and microwave functions, allowing users to prepare meals more quickly without compromising on quality. The company claims the system can reduce cooking times by up to 40 per cent compared with earlier combi-steam models, while still preserving texture, colour and flavour.

A key feature of the appliance is its control interface, which centres around a circular touch control embedded into the glass surface. Known as the CircleSlider, it allows users to adjust settings through a simple, tactile motion, supported by a high-resolution display that tracks cooking progress. The interface is designed to make a complex range of functions more accessible to everyday users.

The oven’s performance is driven by its ability to combine multiple cooking technologies automatically. Microwave assistance is introduced when required, working alongside steam and hot air to speed up preparation times while maintaining consistent results. This approach is intended to cover a wide range of tasks, from baking and roasting to reheating meals.

V-ZUG has also expanded its guided cooking features. The EasyCook system includes settings for up to 250 different dishes, offering recommendations based on selected ingredients. Built-in recipes provide step-by-step instructions, reducing the need for manual adjustments and helping users achieve reliable outcomes.

Finished in a reflective Pearl Mirror Glass design, the appliance is positioned as a premium option for kitchens where versatility and efficiency are priorities.
