Dreame is continuing its expansion beyond robot vacuums and into the home appliance sector, introducing two new smart refrigerators aimed at modern households. The company has officially revealed the FizzFresh Refrigerator 524L-CD, featuring a side-by-side design, alongside the FizzFresh Refrigerator 524L-FD, which adopts a French-door layout.
The latest additions build on Dreame’s broader smart home strategy, which first gained attention at IFA 2025 when the brand showcased a wide range of household appliances. The new FizzFresh models are equipped with several intelligent features designed to improve convenience, food storage and beverage preparation.
Among the standout additions is the company’s SparklingBar technology. This integrated system allows users to dispense chilled drinking water directly from the refrigerator and instantly carbonate it when desired. Three carbonation settings are available, including light, classic and intense, giving households the flexibility to choose their preferred level of fizz without relying on a separate appliance.
The 524-litre refrigerators also include dedicated dispensers for both ice cubes and crushed ice. Dreame says its FreshFlex MultiMode Cooling Experience helps deliver rapid and consistent cooling performance while offering adaptable storage configurations suited to different food types and household requirements.
To help extend the shelf life of fresh produce, the refrigerators feature a HydroGuard Crisper compartment, while AeroFresh Purification technology is designed to maintain cleaner air circulation within the appliance. Additional freshness-focused systems aim to preserve ingredients for longer periods and reduce food waste.
The FizzFresh Refrigerator range was first unveiled in Europe during May 2026, with sales scheduled to commence across the region in July 2026. European pricing has been set at €1,699 for the FizzFresh Refrigerator 524L-CD and €1,799 for the FizzFresh Refrigerator 524L-FD. Based on current exchange rates, this equates to approximately A$3,000 and A$3,180 respectively, although local pricing may differ if and when the products arrive in Australia.
Dreame has yet to confirm an Australian launch date for either model. However, the company recently displayed the FizzFresh range during its Australia and New Zealand ecosystem launch event in Melbourne, signalling plans to introduce the refrigerators to the local market. While Dreame has indicated that additional products showcased at the event will be released in Australia in the future, it has not provided specific timing or pricing details for the FizzFresh Refrigerator 524L-CD or FizzFresh Refrigerator 524L-FD.
